ACSDA Election Headquarter carries out works in several directions in the regions in accordance with three stages intended in the activity program concerning the election to Milli Majlis. Selecting observers on the regions, their registration process is about to over. Besides, the seminars are held for the observers in the regions. From September 28 till October 4 the seminars are over in 13 regions – concretely in Lankaran, Lerik, Masalli, Yardimli, Jalilabad, Ganja, Goygol, Shamkir, Agstafa, Shirvan, Hajiqabul, Sabirabad, Saatli. Two groups consisting of the employees of Election Headquarter controlled the trainings. Beginning from October 8, the seminars will be organized in 22 districts of more 5 regions. Beginning from October 5, the trainings were started for the observers participating in the monitoring of elections in Baku, Sumgait and Absheron regions in the office of ACSDA Election Headquarter. It is planned to over all of the trainings till the late October.
