 Turkey will never neglect the interests of Azerbaijan in the process of normalizing relations with Armenia, Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu was quoted as saying by Cihan agency. "Turkey will continue to provide unstinting support to Azerbaijan, with which it always had special relations," Davutoglu said, adding that the Turkish government's position on normalization of relations with Armenia remains unchanged.

 About 18.3 million tons of Azeri Light oil delivered through the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) were shipped in January-June from the Turkish port of Ceyhan, SOCAR said. As of July 1 this year, about 122.9 million tons of oil were shipped from Ceyhan. According to the report, about 3.28 million tons of Azerbaijani oil were shipped via the BTC in June.

 The 19th Annual Session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly ended on 10 July, with the adoption of the Oslo Declaration and the election of Petros Efthymiou (Greece) as the Assembly's new President, the structure reported. Mr. Efthymiou, who was a Vice-President in the Assembly, beat out Senator Consiglio Di Nino (Canada) by 130 votes to 64. The new President succeeds Joao Soares (Portugal) who has served as President for two one-year terms.

Amount of fine for environmental damage was 4,811 manat with 23, 587 manat already paid off (including payment for last year's penalties).
