Azeri Light oil is produced from the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli offshore fields, which is developed under BP's operations. It is directly delivered to the Turkish port of Ceyhan via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan main export oil pipeline, to the Georgian port of Supsa via the Baku-Supsa pipeline and to the Georgian port of Batumi by railway.

 On Nov.1, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) will launch transportation of the Azerbaijani oil via the northern Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline, a source in SOCAR said on Oct. 29. It is scheduled to transport 240,000 tons of the Azerbaijani oil in November. According to the target, oil transportation scheduled for November will finish by Nov.26, the source said.
