The sum worth 3.8 million cubic meters of gas has been paid for use of gas by non-welfare recipients.

OPEC ups forecasts on world oil demand for 2010OPEC forecasts an increase in world oil demand in 2010 at 0.75 million barrels per day up to 85.07 million barrels per day. Last month, OPEC predicted growth in world oil demand at 0.7 million barrels per day. The OPEC November report on the oil market says the weak recovery of the world economy equally with high oil prices can cause weakening of growth in world oil demand in 2010.

Growth in Azerbaijan's oil production to be highest in post-Soviet area: OPEC OPEC forecasted an increase by 0.12 million barrel in Azerbaijan's oil production in 2009 to 1.03 million barrels per day. This growth will be the highest among the former Soviet countries. In the fourth quarter of 2009, OPEC expects the country's oil production to be 1.07 million barrels per day.
