Each Caspian country has the right to fully or partially refuse its industrial sturgeon catch quotas. Azerbaijan voluntarily refused to catch thorns 30 years ago.

 Europe may increase gas imports to 74 percent by 2030, the Eurogas report posted today on the EU's official Web site reads. According to the report, last year 23 percent of gas imports to Europe fell to Russia, 18 percent - to Norway, nine percent - Algeria, three percent - Nigeria, two percent - Libya and 55 percent -domestic production, and 18 percent -Norway .
