Azerbaijan and Belarus signed an agreement on cooperation in the sphere of information and communication technologies.
Turkish Foreign Minister said that Armenia does not show favorable intends towards realization of the Ankara-Yerevan protocols. "Armenia does not show positive position towards the Turkey-Armenia protocols," he told Trend News.
In January 2010, the Azerbaijani Taxes Ministry revealed 1,496 violations by taxpayers, the Ministry reported. Some 987 taxpayers violated rules of cash payments, 100 taxpayers accepted foreign currency as payment. The Ministry revealed 82 taxpayers, acting without regard to the tax authorities and 221 taxpayers worked without a special permit in those areas that require special permission.
The Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers approved a trilateral general collective agreement between the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan, National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) and the Cabinet of Ministers over 2010-2011. The General Collective Agreement entered into force from the date of signing - February 4, 2010. The agreement was signed by Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Artur Rasizade, head of the Confederation of Trade Unions Sattar Mehbaliyev and head of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs Mammad Musayev.
Staff of the Commission on State Prizes in the sphere of sciences, culture and literature of Azerbaijani Republic has been approved by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's order, AzerTAj State Information Agency reported.

Iran on Tuesday started to enrich its uranium to the 20-per-cent level, the Arabic network of state television reported. But the report by Al-Alam network had not yet been confirmed by the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization, DPA reported.
