The flow of water in Kure declined by 17.6 cubic meters per second and was 89.6 cubic meters per second in the third ten days of August compared to the second one. |

 Azerbaijan will use an e-information system during the parliamentary elections, the Central Election Commission (CEC) told Trend today. The elections will be held in early November.  A passenger aircraft crashed in the Iranian Mashad Airport this morning. The TU-154 aircraft's undercarriage caught fire as a result of damage of tire chassis, Iranian news agency İLNA reports. The fire was extinguished by fire men and passengers were evacuated. The Tu-154 aircraft is owned by Iranian airline "KİSH AİR". No injured and dead are reported. |
 Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini postponed his visit to Azerbaijan. The visit is expected to take place by the end of the year, Italian embassy in Azerbaijan told APA. Earlier Frattini’s visit was scheduled for September 7. |
