OSCE Parliamentary Assembly to adopt project on protracted conflicts in AstanaThe OSCE Parliamentary Assembly is meeting in Astana today and is expected to adopt a project on protracted conflicts, First General Political Affairs and Security Committee Vice Chairman Canan Kalsin told Trend. "The meeting will consider protracted conflicts, including Nagorno Karabakh," she said. "After the discussions, we plan to adopt a draft resolution on protracted conflicts in OSCE member states."

Georgian FM to leave for OSCE summit in AstanaGeorgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze today will leave for Astana to attend the OSCE Summit. The summit will be held Dec.1-2, but a part of the Georgian delegation is already in Astana, which is involved in preparatory works, Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister Nino Kalandadze said. According to Kalandadze, a document on security is supposed to be adopted at the summit and for the Georgian side it is important that this document adequately reflected Georgia's interest.
