OSCE observers group, monitored the preparation process to presidential elections-2008, attended the regional offices of the Association for Civil Society Development in Azerbaijan in Khachmaz and Lankaran.
In both meetings, heads of ACSDA regional offices gave broad information about ACSDA’s activity on the sphere of civil society development and the works realized by ACSDA. They also talked about the election enlightenment, monitoring of the elections, exit poll and quick count operations to be realized by the ACSDA. OSCE representatives participated in seminars of ACSDA and ELS related to “exit poll” and “quick count”.
