Under the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, Azerbaijan launched the first phase of the relocation process to Khanabad village in the Khojaly district on February 19.

The first group of residents — comprising 38 families and a total of 154 individuals — has been resettled in Khanabad village as part of the ongoing “Great Return” Program.
