Azerbaijani Press Council has opened a hot line on the referendum to amend the Constitution. The telephone numbers (012) 561 80 37 and (012) 561 82 46 have operated since early morning. The journalists who highlight or observe the referendum vote have faced no problems as of 13:00 local time, the Press Council told Trend News.
The Press Council observers have got familiar with the work of the journalists in Sabail, Nasimi and Nizami district polling stations. /Trend/
