ACSDA finished the trainings in Ganja

Association for Civil Society Development in Azerbaijan finished its trainings on municipality elections in Shirvan, Zaqatala, Khachmaz and Ganja.
Association’s coordinator on the West region Mukhtar Asadov informed about the pre-election situation at the last event in Ganja. He noted that the registrations of all observers in DEC were solved and the polling stations for their observations were determined.
The head of Election Headquarter of ACSDA Maharram Zulfugarli talked about the Election Day activity. At the same time, he gave detailed information about the questions and answers between the operators and observers and the new instructions of the CEC on Election Day.
The associate of the Election Headquarter Osman Agayev informed the participants about the gathering of information on the case of irregularities and issuing an indictment, the documents to be demanded at the end of the observation. At the end the participants were presented “Guideline – monitoring of the 2009 municipality elections” prepared by ACSDA Election Headquarter. Then they did opinion exchanges and the questions of the participants were answered.
