A referendum to change and amend the Azerbaijani Constitution has been organized well and electorates are actively voting at polling stations, Azerbaijani Constitutional Court Chairman Farhad Abdullayev believes.
“As to me, elections have been organized well and electorates are actively voting at polling stations,” Abdullayev said while voting at the second polling station in the Sabail District of Baku.
A total of 1,266 electorates have been registered at the polling station and 36 percent of them voted by midday. /Trend/
