David Plouffe, Chief Campaign Manager for the presidential campaign of Barack Obama, the President of the United States will be on visit to Baku upon the invitation of the Association for Civil Society Development in Azerbaijan on 8-10 Feb. He will deliver a lecture at the Western University on Feb 9 on the theme “Integration of information technologies into election campaigns”. Mr. Plouffe will speak on design and application of campaigns via Internet and right methods for exact results. Also David Plouffe is scheduled to have meetings in the President’s Office and the Parliament. David Plouffe, Chief Campaign Manager for Barack Obama’s presidential campaign is recognized and accepted as a world leader in use of the Internet to support and develop main election campaigns.
