The electoral process in Azerbaijan resembles German one, head of the OSCE PA mission, member of the German Bundestag, Doris Barnett said.
“The only difference is that indelible ink is not used for marking voters’ fingers in Germany, unlike in Azerbaijan,” Barnett said.
“We are very pleased with the process of organizing the election,” she said. “Voters are actively involved in the election and we are very pleased that people use their right to vote.”
