The new publication includes electronic forms of the books dedicated to the relations of the Azerbaijan Republic with a number of international organizations.
Development of computer and digital technologies necessitates creation of electronic versions of the books published by Heydar Aliyev Heritage Research Center. Disseminating electronic versions of books creates new opportunities for our readers unlike print version. These opportunities include context search, saving to PC, fast sending to different destinations of the globe and so forth.
