“Relations between Azerbaijani and Russian regions are developing,” said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. He recalled that five bilateral documents were signed between the two countries at the 8th Russian-Azerbaijani Interregional Forum. “Nearly 650 joint ventures are operating in Russian regions.”

The minister also noted that investors from Azerbaijan and Iran are taking part in the construction of the factories in Lotos special economic zone.
