A number of German news portals have disseminated information on the opening ceremony of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway.
According to the Lok-report.de website, the launch of the new railway line laid the foundation for an alternative route for transportation between Europe and Asia.
Articles on “Pressetext.de”, “Walstreet-online.de” and “Presseportal.de” web portals emphasized that the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway will play be a bridge between Europe and Asia.
The articles underlined that the time required for the rail transport between the Far East and Europe will be reduced to 14-18 days.
