Hikmat Hajiyev: Latest statement of Minsk Group co-chairs is addressed solely to Armenia

“Some thoughts expressed in the recent statement of OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs reflect Azerbaijan’s position too. We believe that this statement is addressed solely to Armenia,” Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration the Republic of Azerbaijan Hikmat Hajiyev said commenting on the latest statement of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs.

According to Report, he said the attempts to set provisions for negotiations or change the format of negotiations in a statement are unacceptable: “Negotiations must proceed in the existing format. It is also unacceptable to voice any aggressive, rhetoric-based thoughts about the outcomes during the negotiations.”
